Charity Work & Fundraising
We live by our school's LIGHT Values. They are found throughout everything we do. The first of these is Love Together, and as a Church school, we know that the Bible teaches of loving our neighbour. At Holy Trinity, like for many, we see our neighbours not just as the people close to home, but people everywhere.
As such, we do charity work and fundraising throughout the year as a school community. It is important for our pupils to understand the needs of the people around them, near and far, and to learn they have the power to make change. Our School's LIGHT Team (our school council) decided to support a local charity, a national charity and an international charity throughout the year and to split proceeds between these causes.

Overgate Hospice provides expert care, support, advice and information for patients who have a terminal illness or a long term condition that cannot be cured - also known as life-limiting - and their families, carers and loved ones. | At The Abilities In Me Foundation, our mission is to empower individuals facing challenges by providing essential resources and support. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive and achieve their full potential. | UNICEF is the United Nations Children's Fund, a UN agency dedicated to protecting the rights of children, especially the most vulnerable. It works globally, providing humanitarian and developmental aid, with a focus on health, nutrition, education, and emergency relief. |
